Alan Shearer has criticised Arsenal forward Leandro Trossard for lacking hunger after a stoppage-time chance saw him give his team a goal but let his opponents block it.

It was an exciting game at the Emirates Stadium with United taking the lead through Bruno Fernandes but after the team was reduced to 10 men when Diogo Dalot was sent off, Gabriel Magalhaes equalised for the Gunners and had a chance เล่นเกมคาสิโน UFABET ทันสมัย ฝากถอนง่าย to take the lead when a penalty was awarded but Martin Odegaard’s shot was saved by Altay Bayindir.

The game eventually went to extra time and was decide by a penalty shootout, with the Red Devils winning 5-3, with Bayindr saving Kai Havertz’s shot.

In extra time, the home side had a chance when Raheem Sterling and Jorginho combined and passed the ball to Kai Havertz, who broke away and swung into the middle where Leandro Trossard was waiting to shoot straight at goal, but Matthijs de Ligt sped in from behind and cleared in front of him, much to his delight.

Shearer said of the moment during Ufabet Sport’s commentary: “De Ligt came in at the last second, he made a great tackle, great save.”

“The defending from De Ligt was incredible. When it comes down to it, if I was in that position and I was Trossard, I would have to finish. There’s no way I would let a defender get to the ball first.”

“He has to get to the ball, he has to show more hunger and finish, show the same hunger that De Ligt does, he has to have more of that to put the ball in the back of the net.”

“You saw De Ligt’s reaction, that’s what it means to him and it’s the right thing to do.”

Theo Walcott agreed with Shearer, saying: “This is where I felt Trossard needed to show more hunger. He was in front of De Ligt but credit to De Ligt for defending brilliantly.”
